Do I really need Therapy?

Life can be challenging and even "messy" at times. Therapy opens a conversation around problem solving and challenging oneself to facilitate growth and movement.

I believe that with the "right fit" between therapist and client, change is possible and patterns of unhealthy behaviors and relationships can be broken, and in time, healing can take place.

It has been my own personal and professional experience that one of the most difficult parts about engaging in treatment is picking up the phone and calling for an appointment. I am able to offer you support around this process and encourage you to consider the call a gift to yourself. I may not be the right fit, and if that is the case I will refer you to someone whom I believe will be helpful… and if we are a good fit, you will reap the rewards of not only a better understanding of yourself but also more meaningful relationships in your life.
